i have a friend that is in her mid 60s, has cancer, and can not take care of her house on her own. i wanted to get a job as a homemaker/companion for a while now. i have experience doing household chores on a daily basis and its always something i wanted to do. she has had other "friends" that are avalible to help her try to do it for her but they are exteramly dishonest and thieves..she really wants me to do it, i am basically the only one she wants to do it. i dont have a job as a homemaker right now and i cant get one till i turn 18 in august. i was wanting to know when i tryed to get a job in a home health care agency and told them my situation if they would accept her as a client (if she is elgible) and let me work for her through them. she really needs it and i really want to do it but i need a job when i move out obviously. also she doesnt have alot of money, if she is quilified for home health services which we are pretty sure she is it would go through her insurace/medicaid. if she had the extra money i would not be trying so desperatly to make taking care of her house and cooking for her daily my job where i get an hourly pay. any info and help is appreciated i have litterly asked everywhere but an agency because i cant get ahold of them if im not getting a job there.
