can i be granted extra hours of labor to make up for a day/s of non assistance, no matter in which country the company(flextronics)is located at or my position within the company itself? and if so what are the rules in order to be granted the extra hours and not have my paycheck suffer for a missing day/s? does this mean i'm automatically fired and i have no more chances to work for the company? or do have have a chance to apply again within a certain period if i'm a first timer? also am i allowed to request and received a rules and regulations guide book in my native language? and whom am i allowed to request this from?
