i have 2 job offers & i am really confused..could you please help me in making this decision? i am from saudi and i am working as an operations engineer in a power generation company. however, recently i got this job offer from granite service co. as a steam turbine technical adviser. they will give me an average salary + a 5 months course in the u.s. simultaneously; i got another offer from rolls-royce as a field service engineer which is very similar role to granite’s t.a job. rolls-royce is willing to give me more salary but not an intensive course like granite. instead, they will send me to some several courses only. both them want me so bad & i don’t know what to choose. dear experts please guide me  Less
