grandson was in a car accident with my car when he was 16. the insurance comp is telling me to get my own
lawyer to protect my assets. not sure what to do. he was making a left turn but the other driver was driving thru
a turning lane into a wallgreens - making it an illegal pass we were told that nite but now it doesn't show up in the
police report. the other driver has no insurance and the passenger that got hurt wasn't wearing a seat belt. there
is also the belief that they were both intoxicated and had open containers in the back seat at the time of the
accident.. my family has been told this even though the police reports don't seem to indicate any of this now. i understand that my
grandson was making a left turn and that makes him primarily responsible for the accident. however, i think
that there is enough room on the other side of that 51% to have them take responsibility for their part in this
accident and not use me and my family as their own personal piggy bank. if you have any advice please contact
my son's girlfriend at her email
