The site has more than 14 million members, including more than 7.5 million families and more than 6 million caregivers who use Care.com to market their services and find employment. The service, which is actively used in more than 15 countries (primarily the US, but also Canada, the UK, and other parts of Western Europe), averages about 6.5 million unique visitors each month, including about 4 million visitors per month from mobile devices. Care.com also offers household payroll management (HomePay) and other services. In early 2014 Care.com went public.
