The firm draws customers from the retail, financial services, grocery, petroleum, travel, and hospitality industries. Its AIR MILES Reward Program allows shoppers to collect miles that can be exchanged for tickets on a number of air carriers, including Air Canada, American Airlines, and Lufthansa. Miles can also be used for gas, movie and sporting event tickets, hotel rooms, car rentals, and other merchandise. LoyaltyOne is a subsidiary of credit and transaction services giant Alliance Data Systems.
