i was charged 2 years ago with a shoplifting charge. it was under 50 dollars and i went threw the court to dismiss it. i was an immature kid at the time and now have a family. i am going in tomorrow to fill out paperwork for the job to send to corporeal management, i was just wondering if they background check and if i need to inform the manager?
