Its main products are test handlers, which work with testers to thermally condition and sort ICs. Other product lines include automated IC handling products, reliability test systems, and gear for adapting test handlers to different types of IC packages. Aetrium's customers include analog chip maker Maxim Integrated Products (more than half of sales). The company gets about three-quarters of its sales outside the US, mostly in Asian nations.
