Basic Energy Services serves more than 2,000 producers primarily in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, as well as in Arkansas, Kansas, New Mexico, and the Rocky Mountain and Appalachian regions; it also provides contract drilling operations. The company filed for bankruptcy protection in 2016.
