The firm provides medical imaging support services including image processing and analysis, digitizing, archival services, and database maintenance. Its proprietary software systems, including the BioRead system, let clients and regulatory officials electronically review images and related data from investigator sites. BioClinica's eClinical Services division provides electronic data capture and clinical management services for large drug developers. In 2016, Cinven acquired BioClinica from JLL Partners and Water Street for an undisclosed amount.
