DeNA Co., Ltd. (pronounced DNA) has mapped the genetic makeup of the gaming genome. The holding company owns a number of online gaming, social media, and e-commerce sites and services. Popular social gaming platform Mobage offers more than 1,000 different games developed both in-house and by third parties. DeNA also owns online auction sites (bidders and Mobaoku), online payment provider Paygent, a website for user-generated graphic novels (EVERYSTAR), and online travel agencies (Air Link and Skygate). DeNA has offices in China, Singapore, South Korea, and the US, but generates more than 90% of its sales in Japan.
