Halyard Health intends to impel the quality of health care to the next level. Halyard (a nautical term referring to the line elevating sails that propel a ship forward) offers a variety of medical appliances, supplies, and instruments. Its lineup includes surgical gowns (under its flagship AERO BLUE brand), hand hygiene dispensers and monitoring systems, and advanced wound dressings (under the OxyGenesys brand name). It also sells syringes, filters, pain pumps, closed suction systems, catheters, medical exam gloves, and oral care products, among others. The company operates through 12 global manufacturing facilities. Halyard was formed in 2014 as a spin-off from personal paper products giant Kimberly-Clark.
