The company operates about 2,000 surface and multi-level facilities on behalf of property owners and managers. Customers have included Brookfield Lepage, Oxford Properties, and TrizecHahn. Along with overseeing parking facilities and collecting revenue, Impark offers ancillary services such as valet parking and automated check-in for guests using hotel parking facilities. At some facilities, it offers assistance to drivers stranded by dead batteries, flat tires, and the like. Impark has also rolled out a service for customers to pay for parking online or on their cell phone.
