Its 165 projects to-date include shopping centers, corporate business centers, and residential communities. National Realty & Development's major tenants include The Home Depot, Kohl's, Lowe's, and Wal-Mart. The company currently has about 10 projects under development that will add another 2 million sq. ft. to its portfolio. The family-owned firm was founded by chairman Robert Baker in the 1960s.
